Cost Control Engineer

We are looking for a Cost Control Engineer who will work our industrial project in Russia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering,
• +5 years of related experience,
• Advanced level of English and/or Russian,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera and Autocad Programs,
• Analythical thinking capabilities,
• Detail-Oriented character without losing sight of the big Picture,
• Ability to work well under pressure in a faced paced work environment.

Job Description

• Preparing and monitoring budget of the project and subcontractor cost;
• Governing cost breakdown structure,
• Communication with client regarding cost control reporting,
• Preparing necessary reports according to high managent’s needs,
• Preparing progress payment documents and monitoring progress payment situation,
• Checking and monitoring subcontractor progress payments.
