You’ll be part of the Commercial team, which is a small, fun, and vital team at Tesla. Working directly with the team collaboratively, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make changes and improvements to our controlling processes, not only in the department, but for the organization. There’ll be the possibility for you to help establish a solid cost center and project controlling structure, tools and governance.

Most importantly, you will develop and establish a uniform controlling and reporting solution for our external projects to increase transparency on cost structure and provide reliable monthly reporting to the project team and management

What You’ll Do

• Help the team to define, develop and optimize tools to improve transparency and cost structure of ongoing projects
• Learn how to set up KPIs to measure performance of Facility related projects, which are managed by external parties
• Support the preparation of regular cost reports and ensure consistency and stability of content
• Help to drive value by providing the required financial transparency and proactively identifying areas for improvement
• Take part in documentation and validation of invoices from suppliers, solve discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Studying towards a degree or recently graduated in a field of Business, Economics or Finance
• Fluent language skills in German and good skills in English required
• Gained first experiences as a working student or intern in finance/controlling/reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and in a structured way
• Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multinational environment
• Advanced MS Office skills (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) Power BI knowledge
• Experience with Access is a plus
