Key Responsibilities

Kier Construction are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator for our Western & Wales business. As a Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator, you will be supporting projects and offices with delivery of employment and skills plans, work with supply chain to support delivery targets, map and mointor the progression of Appentices and Trainees, and create case studies for PR and Marketing purposes. You will engage in volunteering and train other members of the whilst, whilst also undertaking relevant CSR duties.

What do we need from you?

We are seeking an individual who has prviously worked within the public sector or who has recently graduated within a relevant disicpline. You will need to have good communication skills, be organised and enjoy problem solving. Understandng how to network with stakeholders and having construction knowledge would be an advantage.
