Attracting and selecting the right talented people is crucial to their continued success. You like to work in a fast paced and international environment, where own initiative and ownership is needed in order to succeed in this position.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment is a changing field, where the role is focused on building relationships with potential candidates and with the Hiring Managers as well as building candidate generation strategies in order to help build the teams across disciplines and locations. You will be(come) a strong business partner and advisor to the management team and other hiring managers.
Based on your experience and market knowledge, you provide advice and recommendations about job profiles, candidate selection, and search strategy. With end-to-end responsibility for sourcing, managing the selection process and closing candidates, you will be the driving force behind a successful recruitment process. You will recruit for scientific related functions as well as supporting functions, including management roles for our different locations.

Required Education And Experience
First of all you have Drive! You want to make a difference and contribute to a good cause, as in the end we want to improve peoples health all over the globe. You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment and you fit in a fast-paced and growing international environment. You have at least a bachelor level and you are fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch.
