Corporate Recruiter

Do you love the challenge of partnering with the business to piece the recruitment puzzel together while bringing top talent to the organization? We seek a Full Cycle, Corporate Recruiter to join our global team. This is US based remote role with the potential of occassional on site visits.

Supporting CAE’s Civil Aviation Training Centers, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process to support a portfolio of Business Groups within the Organization.The Recruiter will utilize technology to best partner with hiring managers to support their business hiring objectives.

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from needs analysis to on-boarding the new hire and ensuring that all Candidates and Hiring Managers have a positive experience throughout the entire process.
  • Manage all aspects of administration connected to the recruitment process ie: interview scheduling, documenting interview notes and keeping the system up to date. Ensuring details around the offers are complete and Hiring Managers and candidates are updated at all steps in the process.
  • Manage tough to fill searches by proactively sourcing and connecting with passive candidates with the desired skill sets using social media tools; job boards and new technologies and recruitment methods.
  • Act as a consultant / business advisor to all stakeholders in the process. Build close relationships with the Hiring Managers, HRBPs, candidates and recruitment team to ensure the success of the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date on emerging trends, technologies and recruitment strategies that will improve the current process and positively impact the recruitment function. Share this information with the Recruitment team and discuss how to implement process changes.

Experience

  • Proven experience partnering with the business on full cycle recruitment ensuring objectives are met in a timely manner providing quality candidates.
  • Direct sourcing through cold calls and other TA tools.
  • Experience recruitment of general functions, technicians and or aviation related roles is a plus.
  • Scope of work may flex to include searches at the Managment or skilled trade roles.
  • Comfortable managing work through ATS and facilitating system use.
  • Experience with different search approaches to seek out both passive and active candidates in hard to find roles.
  • Interactions may include meeting with executives to understand the business needs, the roles, etc.
