Corporate Partnerships Manager, PROSPECTUS

Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with Mermaids UK to help them recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager. Mermaids has been supporting trans children, young people, and their families since 1995. Mermaids has evolved into one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ charities, empowering thousands of people with its secure online communities, local community groups, helpline services, web resources, events, training, legal support, policy and stakeholder engagement and residential weekends.

This role will report into the Head of Fundraising and is offered on a permanent full-time basis paying £35,000 per annum. They are working fully remote at the moment but there are offices in Leeds and London and they are ideally looking for someone who can come in two days a week, although this is not compulsory.

The young people, children and families that they support are at the heart of Mermaids’ work. The work that they do has significantly expanded so now they need a highly effective corporate partnership professional to continue to build upon their success and growth in this area. The post holder will support the Head of Fundraising in shaping the future strategy for our corporate partnerships and income generation to surpass their six-figure income target for partnerships.

They are looking for a corporate fundraiser with demonstratable experience of success in establishing and managing partnerships. They are encouraging applications from those with lived experiences (directly or indirectly) and/or close ties to the LGBTQ+ community.
