Plan International

Plan International UK is a global children’s charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.

We bring people together to protect children’s rights and keep girls safe, in school and in control of their bodies – even when disaster strikes. And we won’t stop until we are all equal.

Over the next year our Major Partnerships Unit (MPU) will generate more than £9million income from companies, trusts, foundations and major donors to fund vital projects across Plan International UK. The Major Partnerships Unit consists of the Corporate Partnerships Team (CPT) and Philanthropic Partnerships Team (PPT) and is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a dynamic team and ambitious plans.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Major Partnerships Unit (MPU) to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be responsible for growing/upgrading accounts and developing different strands within partnerships e.g. cause-related marketing, employee fundraising and brand partnerships.

As a Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will manage and develop a portfolio of Corporate Partnerships; building excellent relationships and creating and developing account strategies which leverage relationships to create maximum value for Plan International UK.

We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, both in writing and through presentations with the ability to adapt styles to meet the needs of different audiences both tactfully and diplomatically, with experience of working in a busy corporate fundraising team or a corporate environment. You will also excel at working collaboratively and developing effective relationships both with external and internal stakeholders.

If you thrive working in a highly collaborative environment, possess great team-working skills and have a genuine passion for our values, feminist leadership principles and vision, we would love to hear from you!

Please note this role is fixed term for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave
