Corporate Partnerships Development Manager
Location: London (hybrid role working between home and office)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £42,575 (inclusive of Inner London Weighting allowance)
Could you play a key role to secure new opportunities from the UK corporate / private sector to build and deliver high value, mutually beneficial partnerships for the British Red Cross and wider Red Cross movement, supporting people in the UK and internationally when crisis strikes?
About this opportunity

As Corporate Partnerships Development Manager you will provide support on the development of a Corporate Partnerships Business Development Strategy, with a focus in 2022 on scaling opportunities with existing partners and proactively developing and managing a pipeline of prospects.
Re porting to the Corporate Partnerships Senior Business Development Manager you will lead on developing new opportunities with the corporate /private sector to support our work supporting people in crisis and manage existing new partnership opportunities and identify opportunities for scaling them into long-term high value partnerships.
You will be required to develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective corporate partners with the support of the Prospect Research Team and work on the development of compelling propositions and partnership opportunities, as well as the identification of relevant Charity of the year opportunities and the potential for brand partnerships.
You will be responsible for leading and supporting on specific projects within the Corporate Partnerships Team, as well as acting as a key contact point for other areas of British Red Cross work.
This role might be for you if…
You have exper ience of securing and developing new corporate partnerships for charities with a value of at least £100k and managing a large and varied prospect pipeline.
You can demonstrate a good understanding of corporate partnerships and business development, are able to effectively secure new partnerships with the corporate/private sector and have the ability to write compelling proposals and pitches.
You have experience of working with senior internal stakeholders including writing analytical and strategic papers for senior management, and can demonstrate experience of either business to business or business to customer marketing, ideally within the charity / voluntary sector.
You are confident developing market research, competitor analysis, composing compelling proposals/pitches and partnership frameworks and are able to work with multi-disciplinary communications teams to produce integrated communications plans.
You can demonstrate s trong leadership, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills along with a collaborative, inclusive approach and the ability to work in an agile and flexible way.
