Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday but we’re open to flexible working
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £22,781 – £23,745 per annum plus Inner London Weighting Allowance of £3,344

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our high performing Corporate Partnerships team.

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will play a vital role across the Business Development and Account Management teams. The role will be critical to the effective running of the team and will provide support to the teams to secure private sector partnerships and deliver high quality relationship management.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving team processes and systems; tracking and reconciling income and donations lead on mailings and provide administrative support to the wider team and being the first port of call for corporate partnership queries.

The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders such as companies and agencies and work jointly with other internal departments.

Key role responsibilities include…

  • Support with donor stewardship communications, activities, and events, as required and with direction and input from team leadership.
  • Account manage, low level partners, providing a high quality supporter experience.
  • Assist with day-to-day account management and business development activities and take responsibility for specific pieces of work with direction and support from relevant the team members.
  • Act as first point of contact for incoming queries from new enquiries and donors, working with the Business Development team in relation to new donors/donation enquiries, to determine next steps.
  • Ensure that all enquiries have an assigned owner from within CP team and are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with stakeholders inside the British Red Cross to ensure effective management of donor relationships and team activity.
  • Provide essential support on team systems and projects, providing daily database support and maintaining accurate records for budgeting.
  • Proactively improve team processes and systems as needed to help the team to become more effective and efficient, supporting the delivery of best practice business development and account management.
  • Assist on UK and International Emergency Appeals, creating Emergency Appeal mail outs for corporate donors and collating mail lists of appropriate prospective donors.
  • Assist on projects and the development and delivery of the team strategy, and in doing so contributing to the wider objectives of the team.
  • Support the team leadership with financial and narrative reporting and coordination for internal stakeholders.
  • Reconcile income/expenditure monthly on behalf of the team working with the income processing and finance teams.

The role could be for you if…

You’ve got strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload against tight and at times conflicting deadlines.
You have a high level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
You have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with the people around you.
Ideally you have experience gained in fundraising, event management or marketing (although not essential).
