Main goal

The Corporate Legal Services Assistant provides administrative support to the unit head and general support to the rest of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Arranging for the execution of agreements in Word and having them signed electronically in DocuSign or manually
• Filing, organising and managing all correspondence and documents efficiently
• Providing administrative and logistical support
• Processing instructions from lawyers when they are out of the office
• Proactively providing general support to all members of the unit to ensure a high level of organisation and high-quality delivery of legal services to internal and external clients
• Ensuring the timely delivery of documents and following up on deadlines, including arranging and being responsible for obtaining countersignatures from UEFA directors on all contracts
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and related documents for internal and external meetings
• Providing support in connection with insurance for UEFA and its events

Requirements

Education:

• Commercial apprenticeship or similar

Experience

• Five years of administrative experience in an international work environment, ideally within a legal department

Languages

• French: Proficient
• English: Proficient
• German: would be a plus

Other Requirements

• Familiar with the electronic solution DocuSign
• Excellent team player, favouring a pleasant work atmosphere
