RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring your expertise and provide high quality legal services in the relevant areas of responsibility that are technical, commercially relevant, timely effective, cost efficient, risk appropriate and solutions driven
- Direct collaboration with the Treasury team
- Acting as contributing expert for all legal matters related to finance & treasury activities within the Group which includes mainly international bank and capital markets financings as well as derivatives and any underlying financial regulatory aspects as well as compliance with stock exchange and listing regulations
- Handling and monitoring any legal developments related to finance & treasury activities and develop appropriate responses
- Supporting the development of legal excellence globally with a view to build, manage and exchange in-house knowledge, expertise and best practices
YOUR PROFILE:
- Law degree and admitted to a bar
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international law firm, financial institution and/or multinational corporate environment and cross-cultural teams
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and if possible proven track record of working successfully in or with a wide range of jurisdictions and broad working knowledge of various legal systems
- General agility and sound judgement, and highly developed legal and commercial acumen with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, forward looking and self-motivated
- Fluent English speaker
