A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious corporate commercial solicitor to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm in their Buckinghamshire office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, commercial awareness and credibility, experience dealing with a range of corporate transactions and an enthusiasm for business development. The firm is willing to consider candidates from NQ level up to 2 years PQE.
You will have the opportunity to assist the team on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, Directors’ duties and shareholders’ agreements, restructures and business reorganisations and limited liability partnerships.
