An international law firm headquartered in London is looking for quality Associates or Senior Associates to join their Corporate Practice in Dubai. This dynamic team primarily focusses on cross-border transactional work, and significant local acquisitions and investments.
The Firm
This highly ranked global firm has a blue-chip client-base of listed, local, and government clients across major industry sectors such as energy and infrastructure, financial services, TMT, oil & gas, and retail.
The Role
You will be advising on M&A, general corporate, joint ventures, private equity, corporate structures, and the sale and purchase of significant assets. This role is suited to a mid-senior level lawyer, with strong corporate experience gained in a recognised law firm. You will be able to mentor junior lawyers and paralegals and will have access to ongoing training and development.

About You
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified solicitor with 3 to 9 years PQE in a common law jurisdiction and must have strong corporate practice experience in a recognised law firm. You must have excellent drafting skills, demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, a problem-solving mindset and great commercial awareness.
