Hi everyone, Allegis Group currently hiring for the role Associate/Senior Associate – Corporate Actions for one of the leading top 4 Australian multinational independent investment bank’s Gurgaon Office

(FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE – 9 months FIXED TERM CONTRACT) Location : Gurgaon

(on company payroll, no third party payroll)

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include processing corporate actions across global markets, reviewing and interpreting corporate action event announcements, preparing corporate action notifications for Investment Managers, preparing corporate action elections for custodians, liaising with Fund Administrators to notify them of corporate events and reconciling and settling corporate action entitlements. Knowledge on mandatory or voluntary corporate actions.

Candidates should be flexible to work in any shifts between 7am to 11:30pm IST. Location : Gurgaon

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any finance/accounting related degree
• Prior experience in a banking, financial services, public accounting firm will be considered favourable.
• Experience 1-5 years
• Work type: FIXED TERM CONTRACT OF 9 months on company payroll, no third party payroll ; Location : Gurgaon (Work from Home during Covid)
