Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include processing corporate actions across global markets, reviewing and interpreting corporate action event announcements, preparing corporate action notifications for Investment Managers, preparing corporate action elections for custodians, liaising with Fund Administrators to notify them of corporate events and reconciling and settling corporate action entitlements. Knowledge on mandatory or voluntary corporate actions.

Candidates should be flexible to work in any shifts between 7am to 11:30pm IST. Location : Gurgaon

Desired Candidate Profile:
