Tasks
The Scope Of Duties Includes
In this key management role, you are responsible for a large production unit with a total of 280 employees.
Management of the entire Assembly in Switzerland with corresponding personnel and cost responsibility
Close cooperation with process engineering & projects, order planning, operative procurement and quality assurance
Further optimization and streamlining of manufacturing processes and structures (“one-piece flow”)
Responsibility for the planning and assembly processes about optimal capacity utilization while maintaining the specified quality standard
Promotion of employee and team competence, talent development
Implementation of production targets in terms of quality, quantities and costs
Responsibility for budgets, investment planning and decision preparations
Requirements
Skills
We are looking for a resilient leader with broad management experience in industrial manufacturing (mechanical engineering, electronics, semiconductors, robotics, software) and the following background and skills
Technical university degree (FH or ETH) and further education in business administration and solid German language skills.
Proven leadership experience in leading a production unit in a global industrial or technology company in Switzerland.
Solid strategic and leadership skills.
Experience with modern production and management methods (e.g. CIP, 5S, Lean. methods, KPI, etc.); ditto Total Quality Management, Total Productive Manufacturing, “one-piece flow”.
Enthusiasm for innovation and willingness to constantly implement improvements to increase efficiency and flexibility.
Resilience and agility as well as team spirit and charisma.
