THE CHALLENGE
As VP Sales, you grow Coresystems revenues through channel and direct sales. As Coresystems’ most senior sales leader, you are accountable for overall sales performance, acquiring strategic clients and developing the sales teams and processes. You report directly to the CEO.

Our cool new office will be in Zurich-West beginning of next year. Until then you will have the opportunity to work from our “Villa” in Windisch/AG as well.
CURIOUS ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY?
Deliver the annual revenue/bookings target
Grow Coresystems’ SaaS and Professional Services revenues
Effectively hire, develop, and lead a competent and diverse sales team
Implement or optimize sales processes, structures, and rigor that result in improved sales team performance, flexibility, and timely reporting
Lead accurate and timely forecasting efforts of sales team
Work with executive leadership team to ensure strategic and business objectives are met
Penetrate accounts at the C-Level to maximize the value of new and existing relationships
Establish and develop strong partner relationships to ensure Coresystems is the partner of choice
Provide an executive-level point of contact for key customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Maintain accurate competitive insights, including assessments of key competitors
Build and nurture a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by leading postmortems on wins and losses, coaching the team and leading by example
Establish productive collaboration with marketing, ensuring that success stories are captured and client ROI is measured
Play a hands-on role in the creation of opportunities and closing of deals
Identify skill-gaps of sales team members, and work to improve individual’s capabilities through coaching, development, and training
CURIOUS IF YOU’RE A FIT?
Minimum of 7 years experience in a B2B software sales environment, Solutions Sales and SaaS
You have built a sales organization from scratch in a fast-paced, “zero-to-one” environment, preferably start-up or scale-up
Self-starter, can-do attitude, humble and entrepreneurial mindset
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieve assigned organizational objectives for sales & product mix
Support the achievement of strategic objectives critical to other functional areas within Coresystems
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
