Coordinator (volunteer)

Indigo Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers with previous experience working with displaced communities, interested in taking on more responsibilities and ready to commit for 3-6 months.

Depending on your skills and experience, you may get involved in (1) Human Resources (volunteer recruitment, training and coordination); (2) Logistics and distribution (managing material distribution projects, organising stocks and donations, managing premises and maintaining a safe environment for all users of the warehouse); (3) Admin (donors relation and communication with other actors, financial management, inbox and diary coordination, and management and overall support of the organisation); (4) Educational programs (developing, coordinating and managing education programs, coordinating teachers, planning activities).

For this role, you should be available for at least 3 months.

Accommodation and/or stipend for volunteers is provided. There is also an option to do this as an internship.

The minimum age to volunteer with us is 18.

Skills: Previous volunteering/working experience in one of the mentioned areas and ability to commit long-term (3+months) is required. You should be highly driven and have a good command of English. A driving licence is preferred.
