Overview
This position supports Rotary’s constituents, Rotarians, by supporting them with their inquiries about our foundation. Provides administrative support for the department and is responsible to review the online grant applications and reports.
You Will Have
- Bachelor degree. (or equivalent) required
- Experience with non-governmental organizations and Excel preferred.
- Experience in time management would be helpful.
- 3 -5 year working experience on administrative environment.
- Work experience directly related to the administration of international humanitarian and/or educational grant programs (preferred).
- Understanding of issues related to basic education, economic development, primary health care, water and sanitation, peacebuilding and conflict resolution, the environment, or related fields.
- Ability to grasp new concepts and master new skills quickly and efficiently.
- Experience & proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- May assist with budget oversight.
- Prepare expense reports as required.
- Respond to questions relating to The Rotary Foundation.
- Liaise with Finance and Donor Services Session in relation to PHF recognition and club credits.
- Check Recognition/Contribution forms to ensure information is complete.
- Dispatch Benefactor and PHF recognition items to clubs and other donors.
- Type and maintain files on correspondence, reports, memos, charts and projects
- Review online grant application (district grants) and also project expenditures and its documents of the final and interim reports (district, global and other grants)
- Assist Rotarians in fulfilling the grant report requirements
- Organize file of documents of The Rotary Foundation
- Do presentations about The Rotary Foundation as per request.
- Support in-person and virtual trainings and events
- Coordinate logistical requirements for the section.
- Assist the supervisor in making travel arrangements.
- Work closely with management and senior leadership as necessary.
