Job Duties Include Butarenot Limited To

  • Responsible to lead the Control Systems Operation Reactive Call support, troubleshooting, reduce/prevent production downtime efforts
  • Control Systems Development/Upgrade Projects. Includes Sensors/Modules wiring diagrams, I/O devices, and embedded controllers,PLC/HMI/FANUCRobot/Camera Programming, and Validation Testing.
  • Siemens PLC TIA Portal Programming, Step 7 Programming, and troubleshooting
  • Experience setting up and maintaining common industrial networks such as (Ethernet IP, Profinet or Profibus).
  • TridiumDevelopment/Integration
  • Tridium Server/ Kepware Maintenance, Updates, and Validation Tests
  • Coordinate with other interfacing disciplines for Control Systems design requirements, specifications, and verification tests.
  • Collaborate on the creation, development, and presentation of technical briefings.
  • This is a staff assignment involved in the facility’s improvement of production equipment and the coordination of the maintenance of various manufacturing equipment. Assignments vary based on experience and the incumbent works independently or as part of a team to resolve problems. This assignment will be geared to systems integration, control, and programming of manufacturing equipment and the support services needed to maintain equipment and/or building operations.
  • Analyzes and recommends current and future systems, procedures, training, and equipment needs, based on understanding and communication with users. Determines acceptability of new equipment based on industrial equipment specifications and recommends modification or revision as necessary.
  • Troubleshoots throughout the facility to determine the cause of failure, the lack of efficiency, and the need for repair or improvement of systems or equipment. Resolves problems in design and recommends solutions to prevent the recurrence of problems. Troubleshooting duties may be specified based on the area of expertise but could include other disciplines.
  • Prepares documentation to support maintenance frequency and recurring problems. Investigates problems occurring in the plant that are maintenance-related and recommends solutions to alleviate the problem.
  • Manages outside contractors performing maintenance, repairs, or changes to the facility or utility system.
  • Adheres to established standards, policies, and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, hazardous materials, and ergonomics in performing assigned duties.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years relevant experience or 2-year Engineering Technology degree with 4 years relevant experience
  • No defined degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work a weekend shift
