About The Role

Tietoevry Contract compliance and Sanction screening team currently consists of 7 Contract Management specialists from Finland, Sweden, Ukraine, and Latvia whose primary role is to pro vide effective and efficient service of reviewing sales contracts according to Tietoevry internal processes and procedures. The team’s duty is to follow the internal customer contract management process and ensure that contract value booking rules are interpreted correctly. The process includes in-depth analysis of the contract documentation and related input in CRM systems as well as communication with sales, finance, and legal departments. Team members also take part in such processes as customer sanction screening, new company rollouts, supporting and coach ing regar ding the questions related to administrative sales work.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Follow internal customer contract management process and ensure that contract value booking rules are interpreted correctly
  • Ensuring timely service delivery and providing extended customer support when needed
  • Taking part in operating unit (company) rollouts and supporting with the topics of contract management
  • Coordinating and executing general or business-specific agreed and assigned tasks on behalf of and/or together with business
  • Contribute to standardization in the contract compliance area.
  • Develop ideas for process and functional improvement

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken & written English and Finnish mandatory, any other Nordic language is a plus
  • University degree or undergraduate preferably in Finance or Business Administration area
  • Ability to steer and guide others
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Customer oriented, service minded
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Target oriented- achieves results in all circumstances, able to adapt and refocus activities
