Why we are recruiting

This position will hold a key role in providing efficient and accurate day-to-day business administration and on-the-ground support to the Account Management team throughout the whole partner (client) contract lifecycle. In addition, the role will provide Business Strategy & Partner Services updates to Centre teams. The role requires a strong focus on operational excellence and data analytics.

Reporting lines and interactions

The Contract Management Specialist will report into the Contract Management pillar under the Business Strategy and Partner Services team.

Main stakeholders to support include internal Account Management teams and Centre teams. Main stakeholders to collaborate with include Legal, Finance, Information Technology and Digital Success Teams.

Main responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Manage contract in its whole lifecycle: create contract opportunities in Salesforce, generate contracts, support contract negotiation, perform upgrades/downgrades and change of engagements and execute contract terminations in close collaboration with Legal and Finance teams
  • Assist companies in joining the Forum by providing necessary information and support
  • Partner with Account Management team to ensure contract renewals and partner (client) invoices are resolved in a proactive manner and timely and action-oriented updates are provided to senior management
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Document business process and maintain up to date process maps

Other related duties

  • Participate in meetings with Information Technology for continuous improvement to Salesforce system and processes
  • Offer regular updates for the business teams regarding contract renewal, contract pipeline progress and unpaid bills
  • Provide other related support within the Business Strategy and Partner Services team

The successful candidate will be assessed on

  • Operational excellence: autonomous timely and accurate management of contract and account receivable operations
  • Data analytics and data quality: ability to generate timely, accurate reports using Excel and leveraging Tableau dashboards
  • Accountable and proactive attitude to support business teams
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders: productive interaction and positive feedback

Preferred Requirements and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree equivalent in business administration, economics, management or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant professional working experience
  • Experience in sales operations or order/contract management preferred
  • Experience in working at multinational corporations or international organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong asset
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Sound business judgement
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to handle priorities effectively and navigate complex and ambiguous cases
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams both on-site and remotely
  • Demonstrated presentation skills to senior internal stakeholders Robust excel, data analytics and statistical skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
