What’s the role?
The Contract Admin LCF role is a role on the trading desk. You will work closely with the traders and become important of the day to day on the trading desk.
Accountabilities will include:
- Support traders with Deal Entry of commercial LCF Deals
- Work with Bio Channel Optimizers to ensure handling of the monthly internal LCF Deals in trading system
- Act as a first point of call for Finance for invoices
- Keep track of in trade system of non-automated price elements (eg CI escalators)
- Support traders with analysis on information from trade system
- Increase level of MI that is accessible
- Development of automation of trade system where possible
What We Need From You
We hope to find the following in your CV:
- Passion for analytics and a learner mindset
- Eye for detail in work
- Previous experience in Trading and Supply environment is desirable
- Candidate has a basic understanding of risk and exposure
- Fluent in English
- Pragmatic can-do mentality and good team player
- Proven ability to work in diverse cultural environments is important
