Responsibilities：

• Comfortable introducing our products and service to new customers
• Manage relationship with customers to maintain overall customer satisfaction and growth.
• Support content operation related to English learning products for the Vietnamese market;
• Responsible for English and Vietnamese text translation and listening proofreading;
• Assist in the evaluation of the difficulty of English texts and produce English learning corpus;
• Support product testing and feedback from overseas Vietnamese users.

Qualifications

Qualifications：

• Bachelor degree or above, graduated in 2023 or later;
• fluent in English & Vietnamese, overseas study background is preferred;
• positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, with good team communication and collaboration skills, can withstand certain work pressure;
• It is required that you can practice more than 4 days a week, and you can practice for more than 3 months.
