Supra UK Ltd trading as The Key Safe Company has been established since 1995 and is the market-leading provider of access solutions, particularly in the health and social care market, by introducing the concept of storing keys securely outside a property. The Supra KeySafe™ is a small metal vault fixed outside a property to allow access to authorised visitors and facilitate the effective provision of care and emergency medical treatment. Main Responsibilities and Skills Required:

  • You will have the autonomy to create, manage and deliver your content plan, in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Sales & Marketing are one team so an understanding of demand generation and creating content for different stages of the customer journey, as well as different B2C and B2B audiences, will be your focus.
  • You will collaborate with the salespeople often, using their customer relationships and industry knowledge to create engaging content together.
  • You will manage the whole process, from creation to delivery of content throughout the year across all platforms – this also includes the approval process and ensuring the relevant stakeholders are involved.
  • Content will include but not be limited to; case studies, testimonials, email marketing, press releases, reports, video storyboards, white papers as well as social media.
  • A natural storyteller, you will enjoy writing sharp, effective and interesting content that cuts through the noise, whilst delivering the company tone of voice in a consistent manner.
  • You will be curious and enjoy researching new and industry-related topics that help to develop unique and original content.
  • The social media plan will be yours to own, you will be our resident expert – creating the plan and implementing it in line with the overall marketing strategy and your content plan as above. We want to take our organic social media strategy to the next level, so a passion and an excellent knowledge of all social platforms is key.
  • Developing LinkedIn will be a focus for 2022, and this role will take the lead on this; including employee engagement and promoting the founders personal profile as well as producing excellent content for our company page(s) and supporting the sales team in B2B lead generation.
  • You will take the lead on our User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns, and find new, fun ways in which we can encourage organic community engagement.
  • Our social channels also offer a line of communication for customer service so you will manage the social community and respond to the comments on time, following the brands tone of voice

Person Spec:

  • You will be curious – always looking for ways we can improve, therefore you will naturally want to test and analyse your output to see what works best.
  • Attention to detail is a must – proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies at all times.
  • We are a small, dynamic team so you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager & Marketing Assistant daily to develop ideas that support all wider marketing activity.
  • Knowledge of SEO will help you in this role, ensuring content is optimised for search engines whilst keeping the brand tone of voice.
  • Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications and the content marketing world in general – updating the team when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience working in a marketing environment
  • Ability to travel into Worcester HQ 3 days a week minimum
  • Fluent in the English language

Renumeration:

£21,000 – £24,000 per annum
