To join our close knit and friendly team we are looking for a self motivated individual with good time keeping skills, the ability to work well in a team with existing office experience. You will be first point of contact, speaking to injured clients to access their need for Physiotherapy. Using scripted questions to guide you through the decision making process and then selecting the most suitable therapist for the injured client.
Main Responsibilities
- Complete Rehabilitation Screening Calls within business targets set
- Log all relevant information including dates/times/contacts to ensure a full audit trail
- Potential to assist on the Rehabilitation Team processing as and when required (full training will be required)
- Focus on ensuring service to the customer is paramount at all times.
- Ensure any information required by other team members, teams or individuals is passed immediately with any relevant information/explanation
- Any other duties as allocated by management

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 -5:00pm
conveniently located near Middlebrook retail park we are easily accessible from all major road networks.
Due to the nature of this role, a DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful candidates.
