Description: ACCOUNTABILITIES Implements technical solutions and management processes to achieve overall objectives by means of implementing systems or enterprise- wide solutions, using the companys or a third-partys hardware/software products and/or processes and methodologies Integrates solutions and strategies within the customer environment, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure Identifies additional product/services sales opportunities in customer organization Assists the sales organization and related Practice Areas as technical/industry subject matter experts Role requires skills and understanding of the industry best practices and methodologies to tie dissimilar components together into an aggregate system Primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology… project and staffing plans Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals Composes applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learnings into future solutions REPONSIBILITIES Leads a technical team in developing solutions to complex business problems Leads the design of multiple service areas or technologies within a broader services solution leads overall technical implementation for large and complex engagements Contributes to the sales pursuit strategy Participates or leads in customer presentations at the senior leadership level or higher May participate or lead in establishing operational plans and processes for the group Leads research, discovery, planning and implementation efforts to improve business processes Mentors less experienced team members May be involved in international sales opportunities Provides expertise on the availability and viability of third party components and services Ensures third party components comply with established architecture Implements the information technology architecture and the total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide systems requirements of the customer Participates in the Solution Architecture Review for projects, applications and infrastructure Defines standardized reference architectures for processes and technology Description Comments: Microsoft M365 Office Apps Support – Consultant we are looking to hire a Microsoft Technologies Senior Consultant with strong hands-on and relevant working experience and skillsets at least of two or more of the following core competencies: . Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) . Microsoft 365 Apps: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business. . Virtual Office hours . Power Automate & Power Apps . Customer End User training As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for delivering high quality end user training, content provision and business outcomes based on above listed items. You will have the opportunity to help us create & deliver the next generation of Client offerings and custom-based Solutions for our most strategic customers. Key Duties & Responsibilities: . Customer facing and remote delivery of Microsoft 365 cloud solutions. . Adequate consulting and professional services previous experiences. . Ability to focus on customers, proven ability to be client focused, create results, proactive, and collaborate with others. . Demonstrate a passion for training end users, mentoring, supporting peers & sharing knowledge. . Ability to handle and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. . Display strong time, project, and priority management skills. . Express great communication skills, presentation skills, written skills, white-boarding, customer/partner relationships and expectations management. . Supporting Client FastTrack practice and delivering related Cloud Accelerator Workshops. Required Qualifications: You will have a deep technical background with 10+ years of Microsoft technology-related experience, along with 3+ years of Microsoft 365 experience. You will have in depth expertise in two at least of the following functional areas: . Microsoft 365 SPO & ODfB – Demonstrated experience with related collaboration technologies as for both SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, different contents migration techniques. . Microsoft 365 Teams – Demonstrated experience with related collaboration technologies as for Teams, Functional Features of Teams, Tips & Techniques for the end users. . Microsoft Office Apps – Demonstrate the experience in Office Apps ((Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) . Other Apps – Virtual Office hours, Power Automate & Power Apps Additional Qualifications: . Microsoft Infrastructure skills including: AD, EXO, Azure. . Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management including Intune. Desired Skills: . Experienced Persona Assessment and Adoption & Change Management . Experienced onboarding and adoption of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), like Intune ATP, AIP, MCAS, etc. is a plus. . Microsoft Expert M365 Enterprise Administrator certification is a plus. . Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud Solutions
