4- Building on the gap analysis, design and develop additional 10 support sessions tailored to meet the identified needs of educational personnel, ensuring they serve as safe spaces and incorporate coping mechanisms for issues such as stress, trauma, and burnout.
5- Create a comprehensive manual outlining the newly designed 10 support sessions, including detailed implementation guidelines and practical strategies for fostering well-being among educational personnel as well as the associated tools including a monitoring and evaluation toolkit
6- Ensure that the methodology used aligns with broader humanitarian frameworks and is adapted to suit the unique operational context of our organization operations.
