The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the MERO Learning Specialist.

NRC MERO is looking for a Learning Specialist Consultant to finalise the design of an Institutional Learning Tool box adapted to NRC Middle East Programmes. The tool box should include a brief guideline of no more than 3 pages to support Country Offices to conduct lessons learned, thematic reviews and midterm review workshops.

The approach will be piloted in Iraq, where the consultant will be expected to lead the facilitation of a Thematic Review, on a topic of interest selected by the CO.

Finally, the consultancy will include the dissemination of the Institutional Learning Tool box via a training of trainers to be held in Amman within NRC Middle East Regional Office.. Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
