The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.
1. Tender purpose:
The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the Protection Case Management Initiative Project Evaluation TOR – Consultancy.
The objective of the Check In will be to document the progress and learning from the project so far, generate buy-in across the sector to continue to scale up (and potentially initiate implementation in other countries). It should also include dedicated focus on the extent to which the general protection case management approach and guidance is accessible to and has provided services to particularly vulnerable groups including persons with diverse SOGIESC, people with a disability, and elderly people. As part of the Check In, the consultant should also advise the NRC team what data should be collected in support of the End of Project Evaluation throughout Year 2.
Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.

Any request for clarification has to be sent at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
