General Contractor is seeking an Administrative Assistant for general office, accounting and project management team support.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- General office duties; answering phones, filing, mail, etc.
- Accounting responsibilities; data entry, invoicing, A/P, A/R
- Support field operations/ project management team
- Maintain client relationships
Qualifications
- Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communications skills
- Adaptable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving skills while paying attention to details
- Follow through to ensure tasks are progressing and get completed
- Deadline oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word processing software, and e-mail software
- A “do what it takes” to get the job done attitude
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience a plus
Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, MVR & background check)
Compensation: based on experience
