Construction Administrative Assistant

General Contractor is seeking an Administrative Assistant for general office, accounting and project management team support.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • General office duties; answering phones, filing, mail, etc.
  • Accounting responsibilities; data entry, invoicing, A/P, A/R
  • Support field operations/ project management team
  • Maintain client relationships

Qualifications

  • Professional, friendly, and customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and communications skills
  • Adaptable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills while paying attention to details
  • Follow through to ensure tasks are progressing and get completed
  • Deadline oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word processing software, and e-mail software
  • A “do what it takes” to get the job done attitude
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Bookkeeping/Accounting experience a plus

Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, MVR & background check)

Compensation: based on experience
