Als Concierge bis Du der Ansprechpartner unserer VIP Gäste im Luxus Yacht Club. Mit deinem strahlenden Lachen gibst du unseren Gästen ein warmes, geborgenes und familiäres Gefühl. Deshalb bist du unser Diamant, der die Reise der Gäste erstrahlen lässt.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt und informierst professionell und zeitnah unsere Gäste
• Du leistest telefonische Assistenz und beantwortest Fragen
• Auch Verwaltungsaufgaben liegen in deinem Bereich
• Finanztransaktionen gehören auch zu Deinem Arbeitsbereich

Das bringst du mit

• Gutes Englisch und Deutsch und jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
• Verständnis für die Belange der Gäste
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation und Belastungsfähigkeit
• Wenn du bereits mit Gästen gearbeitet hast, ist das von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
