Supporting the Head Concierge, you will ensure the Concierge operation is run with the guest level of service possible, assisting to develop an engaged, enthusiastic and guest driven team. Falling under your remit will not only be the Concierge Desk, but also Forecourt and Parking, Luggage Storage, Inventories and Deliveries and Special Requests. With experience of supervising staff, you will be a natural leader, motivating your team and continuously developing them. To be successful in this role you must be have a high attention to detail, be passionate about delivering customer service and be a natural problem solver. With up to date knowledge of the industry, you will be well connected with top bars, restaurants and clubs and be able to make suitable recommendations. Its crucial that you are consistent in your approach towards both staff and guests, particularly under pressurised situations.
