Sony AI is looking for smart and talented interns with expertise in computer vision to join our team based out of either, Tokyo, Zurich or North America.
The internship requires a minimum of 3-months duration. During the internship, you will focus on computer vision, computational imaging or image processing research to maximize Sony image sensors in one of Imaging & Sensing flagship projects.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Basic research in computer vision, computational photography or image processing to our flagship project.
- Development and implementation of algorithms above.
- Deployment of proof of concept demonstrators with novel sensors and hardware
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Background in engineering or computer science and experience in computer vision, computational imaging or image processing research
- Hands on experience programming in Python with Tensorflow/Keras/Pytorch
- Good communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience of machine learning model compression
- Experience programming on GPU (e.g. CUDA)
