Oxfam is aiming to conduct a “Comprehensive Market Risk Assessment Study for the Agricultural Sector”. The assignment period is clarified within the annexed Terms of reference. This activity is part of the project, ‘BUILDING THE PALESTINIAN AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE SYSTEM AND SERVICES” funded by European Union.
Oxfam invites your submission of a bids/proposals to provide Oxfam with a set of services as described under the APPENDIX A – Technical specifications/ToR section below. And committing to the conditions and requirements detailed in the Bidding Documents.
- Bidding will be conducted through Open Tender procedures and is open to all eligible and qualified bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.
- Bidders can send their enquiries by sending an email request to the mentioned below email by [email protected] from 11th December 2022 to 05th January 2023 between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM, Sundays to Thursdays
- Interested bidders may acquire a complete set of Bidding Documents by sending an email request to [email protected] email from 11th Dec 2022 till 05 January 2023 between 09:00AM to 03:00PM, Sundays to Thursdays
- Bids must be submitted by email to the address below at or before Tuesday 11th January 2023 04:00 PM Jerusalem time.
- Oxfam does not bind itself to award the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
- Submitted tenders (separate financial offer and separate technical proposal) must be send to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
