Compliance team Project Leader

Introduction to the job

• In point of view of product safety, the new machines(EXE, EUV, DUV, YS, HMI) meet both KR legislation (ref. interlocalstandard) and legal requirements
• Comply with customer’s common spec for all machineplatforms
• Support customers to obtain the required permits inaccordance with KR legal requirement prior to operating machines

Role and responsibilities

• Review that the new machine complies with KR legalrequirement and consult with D&E related departments. Plan strategy toobtain permits and acceptance from government agencies.
• Develop a solution in consultation with relevantgovernment institutions (KGS, KOSHA and others) regarding KR legislationthat must be complied.
• Propose new way of permitting work in order to preventdelaying installation or decreasing productivity.
• In terms of product safety, consolidate issues andescalate to global compliance team. Depend on risk severe, prepare slidefor global regulatory board.
• Submit and register compliance documents required uponrequirement from customers and government agencies.
• Participate in common spec (General/EHS/Electrical)review meeting when introducing new machine platform(EXE, EUV, DUV, YS,HMI).
• Archive all documents required for permit andgovernment audit, all documents shall be managed via KR compliance portal.
• Arrange trainings, local KT’s to encourage productcompliance awareness.
• Track any legislation revisions and assess any riskswhich can be affected on machine design and permit requirement.
• Attend government agency audit process with customers,prepare deliverables required.
• KGS: PID, MRB, PPT, PDT, Safety devices
• KOSHA: PID, PFD, Risk assessment, Explosion proofsystem, othersEducation and experience
• BS or MS degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics,Mechanical Engineering, Physics, etc.
• Experience in legal permit process for high techproducts.
• Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra CleanVacuum.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience preferred
