The role

We are currently recruiting for a vibrant, energetic and diligent Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team based in our Sheffield office.

We have always taken a great pride in the high quality of our candidate compliance and the performance of our candidates. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our candidates continue to be vetted and compliance checked to the highest standards in order to work in schools. Duties will include management of incoming and outgoing enquiries, liaising with branches, processing compliance paperwork, clearing candidates within an allocated time frame in accordance with current legislation, processing DBS applications and producing compliance reports. The role also involves providing administrative support to the operational sales team.

You will work closely with our centralised compliance team to develop your skills and knowledge in the role. You do not need to have experience in compliance, but experience working in an office is essential. Access to your own vehicle is preferred due to the location of the office. 

The hours are: 8am-5pm/7am-4pm (On a rota basis)

Salary: £19 000 – £21 000 per year
