The Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks a Staff Attorney for the Complex Commercial Litigation Department.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation for a position involving mortgage-related disputes and general financial services litigation. Experience in auto finance litigation is also a plus. Candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases), and have good negotiation skills.
