The position is open to Ukrainian nationals only and to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are very good prospects for an extension. The employment location will be Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine.

Alliance15 members Welthungerhilfe (WHH), Concern Worldwide and Cesvi are working together in Ukraine using their combined resources and reach, to ensure a quick and effective emergency response to assist the crisis-affected population. This response, known as JERU (Joint Emergency Response Ukraine), is working inside of Ukraine to support conflict affected communities. As CRM Assistant for our Joint Emergency Response Ukraine (JERU), your aim will be to provide CRM Assistance to our programme and projects in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the MEAL Coordinator to establish and implement the Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM), to ensure that complaints and feedback received from project stakeholders is appropriately responded to, addressed, and used for future lessons learned
  • Train JERU staff and partners on beneficiary accountability and the CRM system, to ensure that staff can accurately explain the system to project stakeholders
  • Review complaints received through the JERU CRM channels and maintain confidential and detailed records of all complaints in the CRM database and other electronic and hard copy filing systems, as appropriate
  • Assess appropriate process for addressing each complaint, and make recommendations to the MEAL Manager for allocating action to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on pending complaints with internal stakeholders as relevant until complaint resolution
  • Support the analysis of main patterns and trends in complaints to help JERU mission improve its programming and accountability system
  • Support the production of regular CRM reports for JERU staff and partners – if needed

Your profile

  • Relevant professional qualification/formal vocational training, on-the-job training
  • 1-3 years of job-related professional experience
  • MS Teams skills
  • Willingness to travel within Ukraine
  • Fluency in Ukrainian
  • Russian and/or English language skills are an asset
