Compensation Analyst

JOB PURPOSE
Provides support to the development and implementation of compensation practices that support the organization’s business objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Initiates, prepares, conducts, and evaluates internal/external compensation surveys and research for the purpose of determining employee compensation. Recommends modifications to compensation practices as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal clients across the organization to identify and resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues.
  • Researches and evaluates new/changing compensation practices and
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition to support the organization’s objective of attracting and retaining
  • Monitors compliance with changes in applicable laws and
  • Collects and reports data requested for compensation and other HR-related metrics/dashboards, as required, to ascertain the effectiveness of the organization’s
  • MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource.
  • CCP Certification

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with CSUSA salary and benefit policy. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by Charter Schools USA.
FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY
Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
EVALUATION
Performance will be evaluated in accordance with Charter Schools USA’s policy.
