Community Services Manager LOCATION:

Providence HOURS: Full-Time

The DaVinci Center Community Services Manager is instrumental in driving the agency’s growth strategy, working closely with the Executive Director to meet the rising demand for services in the North End of Providence community. This role emphasizes providing supervision, training, and support to program staff, fostering positive relationships, ensuring service quality, and overseeing administrative aspects of programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, guidance, and oversight to all program staff.

Train staff in programming procedures and facilitate ongoing education.

Maintain collaborative relationships with staff and coordinate services effectively.

Cultivate positive and productive relationships within the agency and with external partners.

Manage record-keeping for program requirements, including reports and expenses.

Ensure high-quality services align with agency and funding standards.

Work with community members and stakeholders to identify necessary programs and services.

Oversee administrative aspects to meet stakeholder objectives.

Analyze program data for effectiveness and suggest/implement improvements.

Plan and manage outreach activities to increase awareness of programs.

Write proposals for community programs funding.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Will Have

Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
