The objective of the contract:
To enhance the capacities of the Civic Awareness Program team in the matter of community organizing and the correlated practical implementation, in addition to developing skills in organizing campaigns and follow-up mechanisms.
The consultant shall perform the following duties:
- Preparing the training material, which includes: the training agenda – an extensive training guide that includes practical exercises – presentations – evaluation forms for the participants.

Training the program team on the concept of community organizing and leadership.

Training the team on community organization practices.

Providing advice to the program team on how to manage and design community campaigns, and the mechanism for field follow-up and writing campaign reports.

Sending a detailed report on the training and consultation process that took place for the program team.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- University degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or related fields to the vacancy.
- The Candidate must be a certified trainer in the field of community organizing and campaign
design, with previous experience in holding similar training. - Experience in delivering training and capacity-building sessions.
- Work experience with civil society organizations.
- Skilled in working with MS. Office computer programs.
