Position: Community Mobilizer-Data Entry Clerk

Location: Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Lagos and FCT

No of Data entry clerks: 4

Duration: 6 months (Initial contract of 3 months with possibility of renewal)

Responsibilities

· Manage all monitoring and evaluation activities of the team

· Collate daily achievements of community mobilizers and submit to team coordinator

· Share daily achievement of demand creators on WhatsApp HFR review platform

· Ensure validation of distributed vouchers and all other activities of demand creators

· Support participating CPs and PMVs in ensuring quality documentation of HIVST cascade including monthly summary forms, facility referrals and voucher redemption activities.

· Support in the review of HIVST kit distribution, stock balance and tracking of orders.

· Mentor demand creators and address all emerging M&E issues on the field

· Keep accurate records of all data collection tools, manage and analyze data sets for team decision making

· Any other duty assigned by the team coordinator

Required Qualifications/ Experience

· BSc statistics, public health or any related discipline

· 1-2 years’ experience in data management

· Experience in demand creation and community mobilization activities is an added advantage

· Having a working android phone and or laptop is compulsory

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Intermediate computer skills

· Must be resident in the state and LGA applying for
