Community Care Worker

We are looking to recruit a Community Care Worker to join a busy Generic Field work team working across Erewash.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an Adult Social Care environment to provide assessment and support under the Care Act 2014. They will be committed to achieving the best outcomes for the people we work with, able to effectively communicate with a range of people including other professionals, have excellent IT skills, be able to adapt in a fast changing environment, be able to organise their work load to keep up with demand, work effectively on their own, and be committed to supporting other team members when required. The team operates a duty rota which you would be part of.

The successful applicant will join a friendly and supportive team. You will be provided with an induction, and will have regular supervision, peer support meetings, training and workshops, and be encouraged to develop your own area of interest and expertise.
