We are looking for a talented Account Manager to lead on Financial and Professional Services clients across the region, who will be highly engaged and organised in your approach, demonstrating a talent for communications and team management. Key qualities and qualifications include: Be a key lead in large account teams, taking ownership of a client or key section of a client assignmentBuild an understanding of how global trends and developments impact clients, current affairs, sector and client challenges, hot topics and trends, and apply industry knowledge in daily work, with an interest in financial and business newsLocal knowledge of market, including business and economic developments across the GCCShowcase a passion for financial communications and staying up-to-date with professional industry developmentsDisplay sound judgement and problem solving as client issues ariseMeet media, analysts, influencers + other client stakeholders on a regular basisBe able to manage Account Executives and develop their skill sets and confidenceTake responsibility for the day-to-day publishing work across online and traditional mediaPlay a lead role in the conception, preparation, delivery and follow up of events, including press conferences, announcements, media/analyst/influencer briefings, social events, product launch eventsDemonstrate creativity, understanding and attention to detail through the ability to create and edit client-ready content, including press releases, articles, speeches, executive briefing documents and speaking points, topline financial calendar plans, editorial and social media calendar and content, interview transcripts/summaries and activity reportsDevelop a solid understanding of the broad range of capabilities within the agency, and foster positive collaboration with key teams such as our Studio and Data + Analytics colleaguesActively participate in internal creative brainstorms and apply creative thinking to all aspects of your workFoster relationships within the client team, share knowledge and insightManage the workload and activities of junior team members, team assistants and internsActively participate in team and client meetings, be accountable for tasks ownedDelegate effectively and know when to escalate issues to senior team membersDemonstrate presence/gravitas and uphold professional behaviours at all timesBe alert to new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, and discuss with senior teamAssist in researching and responding to RFPs for new business proposals, participating in new business development including pitchingContribute to the external marketing activity of H+K Strategies4++ years��� relevant industry experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a team environmentUniversity degreeBilingual is an asset H+K Strategies is a global communications company with strategy, creativity and innovation sitting at the centre.
