Communications Lead – Europe

This organisation seeks a lead level Communications professional with Europe region experience. Ideal candidate to be savvy in managing regional communications and external engagements while enabling them to tell compelling stories that strengthen the organisations communications and build its recall, reputation, and recognition.
You will be accountable for managing both internal and external communications for your assigned region, partnering directly with regional leaders to ensure their business goals are met efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible to meet the evolving communications needs of the regions, ensure that communications plans and tactics are relevant to the regional stakeholders and support their increased engagement.
Experience sought:
- BA in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Develop and execute communications plans aligned to the B2B targets
- Proven credential in representing organisation messages and initiatives across all communication channels
- Design and implement efficient ways of working, cadence, and processes, to drive B2B marketing that effectively supports regions globally.
- Success in managing region-specific needs for messaging and how to best present global positions in a way that is engaging for a regional audience
- Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
