Communications Intern
Job Description
The position of Communications Specialist (Intern) is an incredibly important member of the Concentrix Global Communications team responsible for creating and executing informative and timely multi-lingual communications to engage and educate our diverse staff around the world and convert them to raving fans of the Concentrix brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our communications are delivered with excellence through a variety of channels including our communications hub, video, infographics, email, mobile app and more.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate with the internal communications team to publicize company initiatives across a variety of channels.
- Set up communications in the appropriate channels and languages and lead execution.
- Post and optimize content in multiple content management systems and communications channels including our communications hub, video, infographics, email, mobile app and more.
- Become an expert on how to best target the right staff for each communication in each of our communication channels.
- Track, analyze, and report data related to published content, adjusting content and distribution as needed, based on data findings and trends.
- Ensure consistent editorial standards, quality, and accuracy of all communications.
- Coordinate global communications activities with regional communications leaders.
- Contribute to portal structure recommendations and manage editorial publishing on internal news portal.
You May Also Be Responsible For:
- Supporting weekly and monthly team reporting requirements.
- Writing high-quality copy for internal communications assignments.
- Create compelling, branded PowerPoint presentations.
- Sourcing visual assets as requested.
- Coordinating photographic and video assignments and production activities.
- Coordinating translation support for communications.
Here’s What Our Dream Candidate Looks Like:
- Pursuing a degree; ideally in English, Marketing, Communications, Business or Journalism.
- High-quality copy writing experience and expertise.
- Ability to maintain sense of humor and work well with others in a team environment.
- Fanatical attention to detail and tenacious follow-through.
- Flexibility to excel in multiple work functions and duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to produce high-quality deliverables and results.
- Creative problem solving and ability to quickly work around challenges that arise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Basic experience with digital image, design and video applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc.) and html is a plus.
