Supporting in the development and delivery of engaging internal communications campaigns
As a communications executive, you’ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving Marketing environment. You will be supporting the Senior PR and Communications Manager to develop and deliver engaging internal comms campaigns that supports the BPP strategy which are underpinned by the company values.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with BPP’s intranet ensuring there is an effective flow of information between departments and employees.
- Ensure the intranet is maintained with correct business information, e.g., Business strategy, approach, and department information.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that their business updates are getting shared in an effective manner.
- Create internal comms campaigns that brings business updates to life, ensuring the piece is engaging and exciting for the reader
- Create monthly reports on how business updates are performing using the intranet reporting tool
- Supporting other communication campaigns
Please note that there may be occasional travel to other BPP sites (e.g., London, Leeds) or other locations.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in a professional environment, ideally in sales support
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the ability to source stories from employees
- Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with other departments, specifically HR.
- Creative ability to devise communication strategies
- Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to understand briefs and requirements
- Highly motivated, proactive, organised, excellent communicator, able to work independently and collaboratively as needed, able to balance great content with tight deadlines
