Communication and Design Intern – Operations

Wilmington, DE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Internship Program Dates: June 2 – August 11, 2023

We are seeking a self-motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous student to join CSC as a Communications and Design Intern in our Wilmington, DE office. This program gives current college students the opportunity to grow their corporate communication, design, training, and change management skills in a challenging, fast-paced environment to help engage our employees.

Participants will work with our Corporate Legal Solutions (CLS) Centralized Services team which provides support to CLS staff members in terms of Quality, Citizen IT, Training, Net Promoter Survey, Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Management, Reporting, and Vendor Management. In addition, they will participate in other learning and mentorship activities during the summer.

Some of the things you’ll learn from us:

• How to create and design infographics and graphics
• Writing and publishing content for internal communications
• Video editing
• SharePoint – page design and app implementation
• How to create E-learning modules
• How to engage employees through communication, change management, and knowledge management

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program
• Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2023
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Some graphic design skills
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and function as part of a team
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar, a plus!)
