Primary Responsibilities
Maintain assigned book of accounts
Utilize carrier platforms to underwrite accounts –new & renewal
Work up quotes to send to retail agency clients – new & renewal
Communicate status updates and follow-ups with coworkers, clients, and vendors
Learn and understand transportation coverages, markets, and appetites
Uphold service standards on assigned accounts
Assist other transportation team underwriters as needed
Participate in weekly team meetings and carrier/agent meetings as required
