Commercial Manager with English

· To provide commercial excellence for Multi-Country focus accounts;

· Responsible for owning the P&L and reporting causals, risks, opportunities and enforcing commercial and contract governance for allocated accounts;

· Responsible for providing / supporting collation of budgets / outlooks / reports with Commercial Executive / Delivery;

· Work with Service Delivery Managers to prepare plan (projection of following year revenue and profit – annual task);

· Report on actual performance against plan and where performance is short of plan ensure actions are in place to close the gap;

· Responsible for targeting / driving increased profit performance across key strategic / focus accounts;

· Responsible for reviewing and approving Multi-country contracts or contract modification focus accounts (ensuring closer alignment between what is contracted and the actual P&L we deliver);

· Attend Bid Management Pursuit Process (BMPP) to input to commercial requirement for strategic MC accounts if required;

· Accountable for commercial governance for allocated accounts;

· Lead execution of commercial programs for Multi-Country focus accounts;

· Attend and present Account Commercial Reviews to Senior Leadership Team as required;

· To be the subject matter expert on nominated Multi-Country Strategic / Focus accounts and to ensure compliance and or mitigation of all contractual obligations;

  • Ensure processes are documented and up to date, and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives by proposing changes to end to end processes;
  • Support one-off projects or tasks as required by the business in relation to improving processes and business performance;

· Be able to provide cover for your Line Manager.

· Experience in a Commercial, Accounting, other FP&A role within a multinational company (min 2 years).

  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to manipulate data and present as Business Information;
  • Must be willing to commit to international travel on occasion;

· Process improvement skills and an understanding of business processes.

Role specific competencies and requirements

A knowledge of Xerox accounting policies is useful
